Customer who places order for the first time is considered as “New Customer”, regardless if said order has an order before that is cancelled due to personal reason(s) / cancelled by merchant.
Customer placed an order in Restaurant A, and cancelled the order due to personal reason. One week after, Customer places a new order in Restaurant A and get the promotion as “New Customer”.
