(Web Portal) Operating Procedures:

Log in to Merchant Portal > Help & Support > Submit a request

 

Follow this guide to submit your help request in a few minutes:

Step 1
Log in to your Merchant Portal


Step 2

Click "Help & Support" from the Web Portal menu

Step 3

You will be redirected to our Help Center page and then click "Submit a request" on top of the page

Fill in the relevant information

Click "Submit"
