If you want to request a refund for your order, please follow the steps below:
In the main interface of the APP, click on "Account"
Click on "PAST ORDERS" and search for the order that needs to refund
Review the order and click "Refund"
Click on the item to refund and click "Next"
Select the reason, enter a description, upload the image and the percentage of the refund, then click "Submit"
Your request is now submitted and pending to be proceed
Note: You can also apply for a refund by clicking Yesy.
