How can I reply to customers' reviews?

Operating Procedures:

Login to Merchant's Portal > Reviews > Reply Reviews

 

You can reply to customers' reviews according to the following procedures:

Step 1

Login to your Merchant Portal

 

Step 2

Click "Reviews" located on the left

Step 3

Scroll down to select the review and click "REPLY" on the right

Step 4

You may type the reply in the column located at the bottom right, and click "SEND" to complete
