How to cancel an order that is in progress?

Operating Procedures:

Log in to Merchant's Portal > Orders > Merchant Web > Preparing

 

You can cancel an in progress order according to the following procedures:

Step 1

Log in to your Merchant Portal

 

Step 2

Click "Orders" followed by "Merchant Web", then search for the order that needs to be canceled in "Preparing"

Step 3
Click on "Cancel" at the lower right corner of said order

Step 4
Tick the box that is beside "Food Name" to select all items in the order

Step 5
Choose the reason for canceling the order such as "Sold Out" or "Too Busy", or Merchants can fill in other reasons in the empty box below
Note: The reason for cancellation will appear in the customer's order details

Step 6
Click on "Submit" at the upper left corner

Step 7
Click "Submit" on the pop-out message to successfully cancel the order
